Monuments

Here you can find an impression of the large number of monuments that you can entcounter in the Ardennes.

Stavelot: Half track At a bridge across the Ourthe you can find this American half track. During the battle the Americans exploded the bridge in Stavelot and thus halted the German advance in that sector.
	Trois point: 82nd Airborne division Monument for the 505th RCT that defended this sector.
Werbomont: 82nd Airborne division Monument for the American airborne division that defended this sector. The monument was erected in 1984.
	Trois point: 81st Engineer Battalion
82nd Airborne division Monument for the 504th PIR that defended this sector.
	Vaux-sur-Sure Monument.

St. Hubert
Monument for the citizens of this village that fell during the second world war.

Somewhere in the Ardennes
The remains of war. The trailer of an American jeep is still in use on a Belgian farm. The trailer has been modified. A nose wheel was added and it has poles on each side for it's cargo on te farm.

Memorial for the 463rd Parachute Field Artillery Battalion. 1944 - 1994. Located in Hemroulle, Belgium.
